Hello! The fastest and easiest would be to take the Airport Express train. The last one leaves the airport at 00:50. Then you take the train to Nasjonalteateret. Or you could take a taxi directly from the airport. Best regards Marte/Front Desk

We had a nice stay, location is perfect. Staff is great.
Breakfast was good and perfect location.
Cleaning in the room, not good. Bathroom floor had hair in the corners when we came, they were there when we left.

Good but small
The staff and the breakfast were excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was easy enough to get around although this is not the most central hotel by any means.
I felt that the rooms are super small. Also there is no place to put your suitcase if it is not extremely small. I wish they had more hangers in the bathroom. Also my room was facing the street and was sometimes noisy.

What was the highlight of Thon Hotel Gyldenløve
Work trip with some sightseeing in beautiful Oslo.
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel, and the location was unbeaten. The bed and bedding was extremely warm and comfortable. The tea/coffee lounge is a nice touch as well.
I wish the windows were a little thicker to provide more noise control, but it wasn't terrible. The bathroom was very tight, especially the shower as well as the toilet proximity to the door, but it was manageable.
